We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Returns
ANTEPRIMA has a 14 days return policy: make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.
