WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
ANTEPRIMA offers express shipping on all orders.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
DELIVERY TIMES
We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday.
For international orders, FedEx offers international priority express service, which delivers orders within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that ANTEPRIMA will handle all tax and duty payments. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You will receive an email when your order is shipped to the email address you provided when ordering. You can track your shipment by following the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider´s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team on customercare@anteprima.com.
