HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

ANTEPRIMA has a 14 days return policy: make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.

We will NOT accept any packages sent without an RMA number.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you refund it first, and then purchase a new piece separately.

All purchases made at anteprima-eshop.com can only be returned or refunded online with us. We regret that we are unable to process returns of online purchase at any ANTEPRIMA retail stores and affiliate online platforms.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Step 1: Request your RMA number

If you wish to return your item(s), please email to customercare@anteprima.com stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by our Customer Care representative, an RMA number. As free return is not being offered, kindly prepare the printable air waybill copy and retrun shipment. Please be noted that return shipment will be customers' own cost. 

Step 2: Repack your order

After receiving your RMA number, your return items should be shipped withing 7 days. Place your unwanted items, completed returns form and all packaging materials, including warranty cards, dustbags, original tags and the returns tag, in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

Step 3: Arrange pick-up

Contact your local FedEx/ SF Express office to arrange collection. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.

Step 4: Receive a refund

Returns will be evaluated and processed upon receipt. You will receive an email from us confirming the refund details, while shipping and tax is non-refundable. Returns made within 14 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment, or as gift points (valid for one year from date of issue).

Please note that refunds can take up to 40-60 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Upon dispute, ANTEPRIMA reserves the right to make the final decision on all Returns cases.

 

OUR POLICY

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of first receipt, and within 7 days after receiving your RMA.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ANTEPRIMA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in new and unused condition remains within ANTEPRIMA’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.

If ANTEPRIMA receives a return that cannot be accepted, we will have the Merchandise re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email us immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without a return tag intact.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender at customer cost.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that this only applies to purchases at anteprima-eshop.com. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a new item if the original item cannot be repaired.

Shipping, tax and duties’ costs on the Defective Merchandise will not be charged. ANTEPRIMA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a return.

Refunds for Defective Merchandise will be paid by ANTEPRIMA, or at ANTEPRIMA’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be credited back to the same account used by the customer to purchase the Defective Merchandise.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our products that appear on ANTEPRIMA. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Returns should be sent via FedEx / SF Express. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns if they do not send the Merchandise via FedEx / SF Express. ANTEPRIMA reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via FedEx / SF Express.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ANTEPRIMA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
